Champion Sponsorship Program for Young Women
“Our future of the state lies with our young people, and it is incumbent upon us to open doors of possibility to them. Young women need to be encouraged to dream big and to work hard to make their dreams come true” shares Dr. Cofield.
We are proud to announce the championship of our Emerging Legacy Women Program, which provides high school, college, and young women up to age 26 the opportunity to be exposed to legacy education, attend, and network at the 2012 Conference & Expo. The program stems from the belief that young women are often discouraged from pursuing their dreams, or simply not shown the way. Legacy Women Champions (women) and Ambassadors (men) are individuals who wish to support the legacy dreams of women.
Current sponsors of the program include: Deborah Whit State Farm Agency, University of Rochester Center for Entrepreneurship, and Ganonadagen. Legacy Women Champions are women and men, consecutively, and organizations willing and able to support or mentor women who want to make a difference.
Corporate Sponsors gain by:
- Helping to create the premier Mecca conference to document, celebrate, and recognize legacy women of all stages and ages.
- Helping to develop young women leaders who make a difference.
- Engaging women leaders as speakers.
- Enhancing community outreach and recruitment of women.
