To Partner with CYRUS Institute of Knowledge

 Rochester, NY—JAN 3, 2014 – Dr. Melody A. Cofield, President of Legacy Women Institute International (LWII), announced plans to partner with CYRUS Institute of Knowledge (CIK) to provide women’s leadership perspective and education, entrepreneurship training, and personal and professional development.  LWII will participate at both the CIK 2014 Annual Conference in Dubai, and the Corporate Lecture Series in Abu Dhabi.  Participating from LWII in this year’s collaboration will be Dr. Melody Cofield and Dr. Gabrielle Bedewi, Founding Legacy Women Champion and former Nielsen Global Segmentation Leader.

CIK 2014 Annual Conference

Date: January 9-11th, 2014

Location: Dubai, U.A.E.; HULT International Business School Campus-Internet City

Dr. Cofield shares “Our goal is to have an international presence and a global understanding of women’s perspectives and leadership roles. This partnership allows us to become an international player empowering women’s leadership globally.”

The CIK Annual Conference will be held at the HULT International Business School at Internet-City, Dubai. This year the theme is: West-Meets-East: Exploring Sustainable Development, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Opportunities. The conference is co-sponsored by Bentley University, HULT International Business School, Southern New Hampshire University, and Suffolk University.

Dr. Melody Cofield, will deliver a presentation titled “Social Capital Leadership: Enhance human potential and improve organizational outcomes by cultivating and harvesting social capital”, and Dr. Gabrielle Bedewi will present “The Art and Science of Predictive Modeling.”

CIK 2014 Corporate Lecture Series

Location:  The Petroleum Institute, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Following the annual conference, the CIK 2014 Corporate Lecture Series will be held at the Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.

Dr. Cofield will deliver a workshop on  “Managing the Time Called, NOW” and Dr. Gabrielle Bedewi will present a workshop on “How to Build an Innovation Business Culture” to select male and female campus groups at the Petroleum Institute.
